Please note that the limited resources of Bloomington SVDP only allow providing furniture or appliances to persons who are residents of Monroe County.
After form is submitted we will attempt to contact you and schedule an interview or home visit. You must have an interview or home visit to be eligible to receive furniture and/or appliances. It is particularly important that you provide sufficient information to help us contact you to schedule this interview. Note: Typically we will try to contact you by phone on Saturday mornings between 8:30 and 10:30am or between 11am and 1pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
If you cannot be contacted easily by phone, you may come to our warehouse to schedule a home visit during our office hours (see below) or we can correspond by letter or by e-mail furniture@bloomingtonsvdp.org . Please state your preference in the comment box below.
Office Hours: Tuesday and Thursday 11am to 1pm Saturday 8:30am to 10am (note: office hours are only for scheduling a home visit for a funiture voucher. For those already issued vouchers see guidelines document below for distribution hours.)
